Got Shoulder Problems? Try this…
Hey Casey here, and hope you’re doing fantastic!!
I have had intermittent problems with my shoulder from playing too hard. Mostly, boxing, wakeboaring, snowboarding and tumbling on the ground when I shouldn’t be.
I figured I can’t be the only one, so I found a couple fantastic Ninja Training Videos for you.
If you have ever had some shoulder pain, or would like to gain some mobility in your shoulder you will appreciate these Videos.
These videos are courtesy of the Mobility Project. I don’t know this guys name but he produces tons of great content mostly helping his Cross Fit students in San Fransico. I like San Fransico, it’s fun and has a great music scene.
This guy is jacked and flexible, which is great combo.

I love how he does not even flinch, he must have Jedi Training.
This next one requires a little more equipment, but still good if you have some nagging shoulder issues that you need to get rid of.

Remember, you want to be like a Ninja. If you’re going to party hard, not only do you want to look good, but you don’t want to get hurt.
Mobility training just makes sense. So go get mobile.
